Keep in mind that if a 50′ truck cannot access your driveway the Shipper assumes no liability. It will be the customers responsibility to schedule an appointment with the shipping company to either pick up your items at the terminal or meet the truck to transfer the package to your vehicle/trailer. Please contact us for alternative pickup locations. We include a complimentary liftgate with all our deliveries where applicable.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, call 715-255-6600. Keep in mind that all cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To return an item it must be unused or in the same condition that you received it in. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning items. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Head to our return request FORM to request a return.
